I am probably the last person who should comment on Kashmir, etc. because I have very little knowledge of Indian politics. I posted this particular link because India has been a growing force in IT and any official embrace of open source there will mark an important shift in the politics of software.

Subject what is the use of our Judiciary system to a common man ?
Respected Sir,
If you kindly spare 2 minutes to go through this e-mail, I am sure you will realize that Our law & judiciary system is not protecting the interest of a common man.
Myself along with my own family members, Had invested our hard earned money
in the deposit scheme of Shree Bhikshu Foundation Ltd. having its office at B, Lal Bazar Street, 3 rd Floor, Calcutta 700 001 & having Its Branch Office at DBS House, 31, Marzban Rd {Fort} Near Mumbai Gymkhana Annex Mumbai 400 001 at the interest of 19 %, on December 5, 1996. As the company deliberately did not repay our Deposit Amt. with the contracted rate of interest on the contracted date, we had to lodge a complaint against M/S Shree Bhikshu Foundation at the office of the Company Law Board, Eastern Region Bench, and Calcutta.
As per the order Dated 09 th day of December, 1999 of the Hon Bench Officer, {Order No. Company Application nos 625, 1083 – 1087 of 1997} the company was ordered to repay our deposits together with interest at the contracted rate upto the date of payment and filing fee by 29-02-2000 and file an affidavit of compliance within 15 days thereafter with copy to the General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Dept. Of Non Banking Supervision [Financial Companies], Calcutta.
However just to trouble us further and to avoid its legal responsibilities the company filed an appeal under section 10 F of the Companies Act, 1956 arising from an original order of the Company Law Board [Eastern Bench, Calcutta]
This appeal was dismissed by the Division Bench of the Hon`ble High Court at Calcutta. {Order No. ACO No. 41 of 2000, APO / T No. 174 of 2000 Dated 19-07-2000}. Therefore, original order of the Hon`ble Bench Officer does stands true.
We, therefore, requested Shree Bhikshu Foundation to pay our entire amount as per the order of the Hon`ble Bench Officer {Eastern region bench Calcutta} immediately, by sending a letter by speed post with A.D. We sent this letter both at the Mumbai office of Shree Bhikshu Foundation that actually collected our hard-earned money & also at its main office at 8 B, Lal Bazar Street, third floor at Calcutta. The address of the main office was mentioned in the documents which were produced by the company before the Hon`ble Bench Officer Eastern Region Bench, Calcutta.
However our letters came back with the remarks “ premises left “ for its Mumbai Office & “ not found “ at its main office at Calcutta.
Therefore the order of the Hon`ble Bench officer is not being executed.
We, therefore, think that in spite of raising a complaint at the Hon`ble Bench Officer at Calcutta & getting a decision in our favor after waiting for many years, which was also confirmed by the Hon`ble Division Bench at Calcutta Highcourt we are unlikely to get our hard earned money.

Sir, Bhikshu Foundation Ltd. is managed by Mr. C.R. Bhansali who have collected around one thousand crore of rupees from Indian citizens & have cheated all of them. He is still living free & enjoying his freedom. Thanks to our law & order system. Many times I get puzzled about our laws. Are our laws prepared to safeguard the interest of honest citizens or they are made to protect the cheaters?
Sir, I know that The, Hon`ble Bench Officer, or The Hon`ble Kolkata highcourt are not going to pay me from their own funds, But why they are not taking actions against the defaulter inspite of drawing their attention that their order is not being executed by the defaulter ?
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly help me in this matter.

The Principal on the higher authority for such illegal act is taking no action against him.

to solve the j&k problem we have to take a knowldge about the disolvation of kashmir made by Hari Singh the king of kashmir.
1-When india divided as Ind & Pak that time j&k was a separate kingdom and Hari Singh was the king. Both Ind & Pak offer the dossolvation with them.But Hari Singh took more time to decide.In the mean while Pak attacked kashmir So there is no way infrontof Hari Singh.So he decided to mix with Ind.For which Sardar Patel&a group go to there for political works and a troup of Ind army go for fight with the solders of Pak&kashmir come to Ind. But some Places are occupied by Pak.
2- Only for political fights Ind divided. If INC agreed with ML at that time then the present situatioun would different.India was never divided.So I think Ind divided but not fully.Still some of kashmir is occupide by Pak.Ind has to admit it.And give a proposal to Pak that Ind will agree to divided kashmir if terrorism will stop. It is my opinioun on the kashmir issue.

we are two students from Karnataka.We have completed +2 examination and also have written the state entrance exam for the proffessional courses[MBBS&ENGG].We have secured 247& 377 ranks respectively
in the entrance exam for MBBS out of 1.2lac students appeared.We are very much keen on taking up the medical profession,but as the private colleges are interested in making money,they have hiked up the fee to an unmeetable 2lac per year which is a herculean task for middle class meritorious students.
We can’t go to Govt colleges as there are only 120 seats hence we are compelled to go to Pvt colleges, where there are no free seats ,by paying 2lac which is impossible.As a result the condition is such that only the man with money can become a doctor.So please help us by taking some immediate action about the matter.We hope you will do the best,thank you.

I am a management lecturer writing to u from jalandhar. Its my thought about your concern for water preservation on the subject rain water harvesting.
My opinion is that in order to teach people this aspect of rain water harvesting, the govt. should start some practical steps at its own end first.
we have long highways stretched all over india which are at a higher level than the rest of their hinterland and the water falling during rain on these , either collects on the banks/sides of these highways creating fowl smell or collects on roads damaging them in the process.
Is it feasible that we can use this water or harves this water by creating some sort of channels so that this water at least is utilized or it goes deep to water table.
Sir this is my small thought. I dont know whether it is relevant or not. But still i felt writing it to u.
I hope i have not wasted ur valuable time.

good evening. my name is kartic nagpur . i have heard so much about how you help students to overcome problems of their lives.i too have one sir. my parents donot want me to study, so that i can become mental slave of their greeds . few days back they toutured me .from the school days they use to harass me to get to know my intellect ,show to public that they have more ability then me . i was in shock they were competing with me. due to mental anxity my grades of 12th standard get down .i droppeda year . education authority indeed rejected my marksheet as nobody wants excuses . my brother was student of iit-r and even had attended convocation programme u attended . it’s only my brother supporting me that i am alive .iam ability to reach the stars but day to day mental anxity really makes me down .they definitalely know that if iam incapable ,i will not be able to run away from their selfish greeds. if they brain wash my brother or the day my brother stop supporting me ,who is going to fund my education. my brother is only icome earner thets why whenever i want to avoid harrassment i have to say “dare to touch me i would tell my brother he will stop sending you raskles money , tnen reaction is that they smile for moment and continue their work .”this is so horrible that my life ,my dreams, are in hands of some foolish greedy people . from the schooldays they dont want me to be intellectually strong . i have the capibility to give this worlda progress ive ideas for improvement in civilisation .but this can only happen if i have power of degree in my hand . because i have “brain”, but i hate to participate in fights, greeds, selfishness as i believe in this is a waste of so much time , the time we could think so much to make this world better place to live in . i got admission to foreign university on my capibilities. help me sir . i dont know what is going to happen to me . guide me .i want my human rights. help me “these words are no simple to reject . i kow everybody has to fight its own case. i want help and guidance from you . your single step can change my life .i want you to fund my education if such case happens that my brother stops supporting me , i will definately return all oyur money on geting career independent.hope for positive results.

I am a victim of this autocratic rule of my school. I want justice please help me and my colleague’s to come out of this bondage.We are all female teachers .
Sir my husbnad works for Hindustan Lever Limited, Amli, Silvasaa. I came to Terichengode for my son’s higher Education,now he has completed his 12th std and I want to join my husband at Silvassa. I am working in this school for the past 1 yr. According to my appointment order I have resigned my job before the summer holidays. MY 1 Yr contract with the school is over. But school Chairman ,Mr.Karunanithi is not allowing me to leave the job and he is asking me to surrender my 3 months salary in order to get my original certificates from the school.There is no such agreement between the managaemant and me in the appointmant order. As I am residing alone I am afraid to take legal action as he is very powerful in money.
Sir I want my original certificates from the school please help me as I want to be with my family. According to rules of Matriculation schools in tamil nadu they are not supposed to take our original certificates, but our school is asking us to surrender originals to get a job . I am a middle class family person due to whcih I am not in a position to pay my three months salary to get relieved from this job. Please help me Sir, I will be grateful to you if you do justice for educated bonded labours of India.

courses like GATE form- Rs. 1100, CAT form Rs. 1100, and many more starting from
minimum of Rs. 600 upto Rs. 2000.
Sir! I am from a very medium GENERAL category & like me their are numerous general category candidates who want to fill up these forms but can’t due to high prices.
Please try to put on reduction in app. forms rate to maximum Rs.300 to 400 including entrance exam fees , registration fees & any other fees before admission’s.
There are exemption’s only for ST/SC candidates .
Sir ! all general category students are not economically sound to bore burden of such high rare foms, so how can they make their dreams come true & also in the rise in SCIENTIFIC
