Craving some Bugles? Maybe you won’t after reading 10 Super Foods You Should NEVER Eat!. I’ve been concious of the labels you see on packages for the past few years, but it’s still good to see specific offenders called out like this. (Even better that alternatives are listed!)
i totally agree with you….. but i dunno if these are actually the top 10 worst foods. for example, a taco bell taco SALAD (yes, SALAD!) has about 850 CALORIES! and 1 krispy kreme doughnut contains 4 GRAMS OF TRANS FAT! trans fat is FAR worse than saturated fat, which is actually NECESSARY to take in in MODERATION! you’re also forgetting haagen daas ice cream, hostess andlittle debbie crap, lunchables (believe me, they are NOT AT ALL lunchable!)…….and many others!
