I'm always suspicious (at this point) when someone says "they like the design", since I'm still embarrassingly using the default Kubrick template. I'm hoping to fix that soon. Getting the L10HC installed is not really any more involved than just following the instructions L10 gives you. The only part specific to WordPress is that you need to go into the default theme directory and add the hit counter to your footer. That's it... It's not quite as plug and play as a WP plugin, but it's pretty decent.
