Copyright Craziness

The Washington Post had an editorial regarding Eric Eldred’s case against copyright term length extensions. Unfortunately, the Court of Appeals ruled that Congress has the power to extend copyrights, though the Court did acknowledge that Congress cannot make copyrights permanent.
